Message on Rewards Extra and in particular on Pensions Extra
Joint proposal on future bargaining arrangements. The new JNCC structure was reviewed by the University's Senior Management Group on 20 May and overall they agree with it. They did however, propose four amendments for consideration (shown in red), which the York UCU Executive agreed to include on 28 May. The amendments simply clarify certain aspects of the JNCC, they do not materially change the JNCC Structure.
